* denotes memories that are mostly information. It's not really of specific events just basically knowledge and information that Izaya has on them. For example, for Celty, he will remember she is headless (for some reason or another), she has lived with Shinra for some time, she does jobs for him upon his request, he pays her for these jobs, she rides a black motorcycle, and she speaks with via text on her PDA. But the memory of what she is and her importance to things and where her head is and things like that--those will be in other memories.
With groups like Dollars, he will remember their basic information such as when they were founded, where they were founded, how they were founded, what they stand for, their structure (if any), public reactions to them, public opinion about them, etc. He will not remember things like "who is the Dollars' leader?" Those will be included in other memories.
I'll be doing write-ups of all memories to give a clearer idea of what he remembers, but basically * = irrelevant info dump.
# denote a skill learned. Either flickblade usage or evasion tactics, including dodging and parkour.
(pc) denote scenes that occur prior to the chronological start of the anime--anything before Mikado and Masaomi meet at the train station, in other words
(nov) denote information from the novels! A lot of Izaya's knowledge of the things going on in anime canon are noted in the novels and I will be taking use of that, mostly.
