Your Izaya has further evolved to Follower of Horn.

What does this mean?


Basically Horn took Pecha to a nifty cave where he can hear things. And thanks to that little act of licking a taser, Pecha can now distinguish one voice from another in the cave and make out what's being said and LOL, GUESS WHAT IT IS.

Basically, Izaya will be able to hear people talking... like voices in his head hear. What does he hear? Well... that's purely up to your discretion. Mostly, if you say anything that starts with "I heard that...", or "I heard a rumor...", or "Did you hear...?", or "Someone said..."--anything that starts in a hearsay manner will come forefront. Since Horn's favorite things are rumors and gossip.

Lies will be just beneath that but mostly inconsequential.

And, of course, if you talk about Pecha, he will be ping'd and want to listen in.

BUT. I will check to make sure people are okay with Izaya using whatever information he may get from this against/for your character. I will PM you and ask you "Is this okay...?" and I want you to honestly answer if you are or not.

Also, if you're flat-out uncomfortable about him overhearing something, just PM me and let me know. We can definitely make up excuses like Izaya turned off this nifty new thing because there was a fly buzzing around in the cave that got annoying, or he got tired of accidentally tuning into overhearing Cobra having sex--I AM VERY CHILL WITH EVERYTHING EVER.

And of course, like with the Judges since it's a Judge-granted ability, anything in dorms or PLOT CAVE can't be overheard. Haha.


ETA: PER HORN, anything from a Horn game is liable to be freely given to Izaya for information. UNLESS, of course, you have an issue with it. Like I said! I am good for anything! And will always check with the player first!
