Ehh. So-so. Izaya pretty much knows that Spear can kind of tell the person he is so he's a little cautious around him. Except when Izaya gets a bit more comfortable with his position and role in Sabra after patronning. Overall though, Spear isn't very reactive and isn't much use other than, perhaps, a means to get to other people on Corvus or Lynx.

Yyyyyeees. Mostly because he's one of the ones who started it. Dean's all about family and from the start, Lynx and Corvus have been his family. There's no really changing that. But recent events have also made Dean feel like there is a hierarchy and he's at the bottom of it for some reason, event though Corvus entrusted the position of leader to him. Therefore, he's been failing majorly at it.

A lot of the differentiating for Dean is thanks to the fight that he and Royal had--they were both in it for the same reason, but it came down to morals and methods and hypocrisy on both sides. So yeah, he's pretty much aware of the shift away from Lynx on his part but he's not completely aware that there's something like that happening with other teammates.

In Dean's mind, he kind of feels like the only one feeling like this but emo kid is not going to be emo and instead will continue to act like usual, even with a bit of distance between him and Lynx. He knows Grenade, at least, isn't all that attached and he figures it's because he's new. In the end, though, Dean figures Corvus will pretty much side with Lynx if there was an out-and-out fight again. Because it's obvious that Dagger adores Royal and Cara seems to be on that side of the fence as well... except then she ends up showing that more leveled softer side that points out to Dean that him being hot-headed sometimes just shows he's compassionate which is more than she can say for herself and ffff. As for Scar and Night... he doesn't know \o/;;

But yeah. Basically, Dean is aware of some kind of change going on but he figures it's all on him and so he tries to not make a big deal of it and ignores it and thus... doesn't realize that maybe it's not just him. derp.

Daggers thoughts on the same thing?

CEPHEUS IS LIKE THE MOST HUMAN TEAM EVER IN THE ACTUALLY HUMAN DEPARTMENT AND THAT IS KIND OF FASCINATING. Beyond this, Izaya is warming up quickly to Cepheus. They're very sensible blanks who are also accepting while also playing cautious.

He knows that Red likely knows the kind of person he is but Red still indulges him in his quest for information and stories and such. Izaya pretty much figures that since Red is the one giving information, he's also... not quite editing it but may be omitting quite a few things. This in and of itself, however, is a very telling behavior to Izaya. So Izaya's been providing a trade for the information which is working surprisingly well enough for at least some things.

With Syaoran, there's just so much to poke because Izaya can tell that there's little to no self-esteem there (much like Watanuki) but the kid is sincere and determined, which makes for a very gullible and easy to manipulate person. He knows Red will be watching him like a hawk every time he interacts with Syaoran, so that's mostly why Izaya sticks to being kindly and only having relatively serious philosophical discussions. Izaya is determined to find out if Syaoran actually likes apples or if it's only for his princesss--so he'll be bringing Syaoran ORANGES. :'D

Izaya's only briefly met Knight and hasn't met any of the others. So far, his impression of Knight is also someone who's fairly ordinary and who has very emotional reactions but is fairly intelligent in his own right. There could be fun to be had here.

So over all, Izaya likes them. He's growing more fond of them. But his favorites are still Lacerta.

Actually no, he doesn't hate Aeon THAT much but he does really really really not like him. Like. Annoyance and THIS GUY NEEDS TO GTFO kind of dislike and hate. I guess you could think more like Gordon Walker-level of hate. :|??

I figure Aeon pretty much doesn't care about Dean in general, but how does he view him?

Mostly he just wants to talk to and poke Black more. That could end in a number of ways. Really, he could even go as far as being NICE and pampering Black some, but in exchange, he'd probably poke aaaallll those places Black doesn't want poked. It's only fair! See also: Izaya is a 5 year old who pulls on the pigtails of the girl he likes or something idk.

NO REAL IMPRESSION.

Weed to Izaya is pretty much a few steps below Shizuo on the "human --> animal --> monster" scale. He's not terribly interested in him because he's a purely reactive, violent person who doesn't use his rational human mind for anything, it seems like. BUT. This is still a good thing because that makes him hilariously easy to manipulate.

Taiki was a bit interesting in that he was watching the whole while and trying to get Weed off the hook for fighting with Ophi. That he's still willing to trade with Uroboros afterward is interesting, but Izaya also pretty much figures he was just trying to keep the peace after that all happened. i.e. Interesting, but not terribly so.

Izaya liek Vulpecula and he thinks Lucky is kind of hilariously easy to work around/work with. She's predictable on some levels and that's the kind of thing that makes Izaya stick around and poke and prod people. He's eager to see what else she's willing to do for a simple trade.

Kaito was in a good place with Lucky until Mirror/Flowers game. Then he kind of like... went back to being a bit distant with the whole thing. But they're still getting along better than they did during Kaito's first month or so of Sabra, so obviously improvement there. He does feel kind of bad that Lucky was also taken by Mirror but on the other hand, there's a certain level of "now you know what it's like". Kaito's also annoyed at everyone knowing about his fish phobia and he expects Lucky to use this to her advantage in whatever arguments or fights they have in the future o9"

Dean doesn't really think much of Lucky and pretty much ignores her when she's trying to be all Important at him and stuff :|

Kaito likes Trixie! But often he's not certain how to react to how say acts around him. Mostly he indulges her in her whims and games because. Well, they'd be fun, for one, and two, it seems to cheer her up. He was a bit sad all throughout the time Trixie was broken because it one, reminded him of his own time like that, and two, because she was hurting and quiet and not energetically Trixie at all. So he tried to take care of her the best that he could since he was familiar with the situation himself, and he's not sure if he did a good job of it or not.

And then her heart run happened and there was a more DIRECT reminder of that trauma he went through. This put a bit of a damper on their relationship, though Jinx does see and acknowledge that she feels badly for it. He doesn't necessarily blame her, though, but he doesn't like the reminder either. So he's been keeping her back at a distance while he adjusts again.

... and then she gave him eggs and there was a moment of "... ._.;;" because someone actually noticed and gave two craps about how he's doing health-wise. Which he's been ignoring himself because of things like if he thinks about it, he'll scare himself so Jinx has been denying while Kaito's been worrying a bit and Kid is trying to work out a way to deal with things, which all results in a stalemate and therefore inaction himself. So that Trixie's making deals with Ophiuchus to get eggs for him... it means a lot and also makes Jinx feel kind of terrible because he. Really can't care too much about his dietary habits when there's already enough going on. So. Gratitude with feel guilty, yes.

He still pretty much loves her like a sister though.

Kaito still like Ikki! Jinx is just a bit more wary and reserved that he was before second Mirror-napping. So he's very awkward with his inter-team relationships. Outside of that, he really doesn't like people noticing something's wrong with him, even when it's obvious. So he's a bit annoyed that Ikki is poking him about his weight and eating habits, but he also knows Ikki's doing that mostly because he's concerned about Jinx's apparent lack of concern. Which is largely due to what I mentioned above in Trixie's thread, but also because lolol 52-Day Mirror-napping messed him up a lot.

He's kind of not sure how things are with Ikki right now because they haven't really talked or seen each other in a while, but Ikki's one of the few people who knows how Jinx was like before all the Mirror nonsense, and that's... something of a comfort. The fact that he's a really physical person also sort of helps because Jinx is very much in need for that physical side of relations since lolol 52-Days Issue. And after this last game, he may be coming out to visit Pyxis more. He's missed them :<

HIS THOUGHTS ON SHINICHI'S EYE ARE PRETTY MUCH THE SAME except even he's... growing not to care about whether or not Quartz is looking at him or not. Derp. There are. Issues there. Involving ATTENTION. And. Judge. And. Things. :<
