Description of powers: Nothing beyond having a quick mind and quick reflexes, really. Manipulative Bastard is a power, I swear on this.
Strength/Extent of powers: See above. He's capable enough to start gang wars without getting killed yet, so. Also he's an expert at parkour which basically means he can climb/jump/balance from and over and on pretty much anything.
Innate: Most of it is innate—however, specific behavior and mannerisms are not.
Memory related: Mostly some of the more effective ways to go about getting information and such will involve memories. Also, without memories of parkour, he just relies on his already quick reflexes—no fancy escapes!
Relation to memory: Without his memories, he will be a capable manipulative bastard, but with them, he'll be an even more dangerous manipulative bastard. Hahaha~ ☆ Certain memories will involve his escapes from Shizu-chan's wrath and will probably up his parkour ability.
